How is my price calculated?
By the size of your home (1-story, 2-story or luxury estate) and the services you pick. The estimator on our home page shows your exact price as you go, before you commit to anything.
Is there a minimum?
Yes. Every visit has a $150 minimum. Adding more services to the same visit is the best value.
How do I get started?
On our home page: pick your home size, tap the services you want, then lock your price and choose a time. Rather talk first? Ask for a free quote or call or text (702) 816-7345.
When do I pay?
After the work is done. You get a secure payment link, or you can pay on site.
Do you have any specials?
Yes: Spritzy's 30-Minute Window Special (every front-facing window for $50) and Sunny's 30-Minute Solar Special (up to 20 solar panels for $50, for panels we can clean without going up on the roof). Both are $50 instead of $150 when you claim it within 15 minutes, and spots are limited each week.
The visit
Do I need to be home?
Not for outside work. As long as we can get to the windows, panels or area to be washed, we can finish while you are out. For inside glass, someone needs to let us in.
What if it rains after my cleaning?
Light rain will not undo a professional cleaning. If something looks off within 48 hours, reach out and we will make it right.
What happens if the weather is bad on my day?
We reschedule at no charge when weather or anything else makes the visit unsafe for our crew or your home.
What are your hours?
8am to 8pm. Online scheduling shows every open time.
About us
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold City of Las Vegas, Clark County and City of Henderson business licenses and carry general liability insurance. Our crew is OSHA-30 certified. See About us for license numbers.
Where do you work?
Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin and the southwest valley (Spring Valley, Enterprise, Mountain's Edge, Rhodes Ranch and Southern Highlands). See areas we serve.
What do you clean with?
For glass and solar panels, a water-fed pole system with purified (RO/DI) water and soft brushes, so it dries spot-free without soap or harsh chemicals. Pressure washing uses a surface cleaner for an even finish.
