Why purified water matters in Las Vegas

Las Vegas tap water is very hard. When ordinary water dries on glass it leaves the minerals behind, and that is where the white spots come from. Our system filters the minerals out first, so the rinse water dries clean instead of leaving a new layer of spots.

Fresh spots and dust come off with a normal cleaning. Mineral stains that have been baking on for years can etch into the glass; if a stain will not come off with a normal clean, we will tell you before we start rather than after.

Questions we get a lot

How often should I have my windows cleaned in Las Vegas?
Most homes look their best with a cleaning every three to six months. Homes near open desert, construction or busy roads collect dust faster, and a windy week or a summer monsoon storm can undo a cleaning overnight, so many people schedule again after a big storm.
Do I need to be home?
Not for the outside. As long as we can get to the windows, we can finish exterior work while you are out. For inside glass, someone needs to let us in.
What if it rains after my cleaning?
Light rain will not undo a professional cleaning. If something looks off within 48 hours, reach out and we will make it right.
How long does it take?
About an hour and a quarter for a typical 1-story home and about an hour and three quarters for a 2-story home. Larger homes take longer.
Will you get water inside?
We are careful around windows, but old or failed window seals, open weep holes or unlatched windows can let water in. Let us know about any problem windows and we will work around them.
