Terms of Service & Liability Waiver

Estimates: All prices shown on this site are preliminary estimates based on the information and photos you provide. The final price is confirmed on-site at inspection and may be adjusted to reflect the property's actual condition, accessibility, and scope of work.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall SpritzySpray LLC's total liability for any direct claims, damages, or property losses exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service provided on that date.
Pre-Existing Damage: SpritzySpray LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage to glass, frames, screens, or solar arrays.
Water Intrusion: We are not liable for water entering the home due to faulty or degraded window seals, improper window installation, open weep holes, or unlatched windows.
Property Access: By booking, you confirm that you are the property owner or are otherwise authorized to grant access for the requested service.
Weather & Scheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge due to weather or any condition that makes the visit unsafe for our crew or your property.
Force Majeure: SpritzySpray LLC is not liable for any delay, rescheduling, or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, extreme weather, fire, government order or restriction, utility outage, labor dispute, or equipment or supply shortage.
Cancellations & Minimums: All dispatch visits are subject to our $100.00 minimum service fee.
Acceptance: Checking the agreement box and submitting a booking is your electronic signature agreeing to these terms as of the date of booking.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
