Yes. This special's regular price is $150. If you book within 15 minutes of first seeing the offer, we reduce it to $50 and lock that price in. After 15 minutes it goes back to $150 — the timer at the top is the real clock, not decoration.
No. We use soft brushes and deionized water only — never a pressure washer or harsh chemicals — which is the standard manufacturers consider warranty-safe.
Up to 20 panels on a 1–2 story home, about 30 minutes. Not sure how many you have? Pick “not sure” and we'll count when we arrive. Have more than 20? Text us a photo and we'll quote your whole system.
The $50 special covers panels we can clean without going up on the roof — from the ground or from a ladder with our water-fed pole. If your panels can only be reached by walking on the roof (for example a high second-story roof, or panels set far back from the edge), the special doesn’t apply. We’ll tell you and quote it before we start, and you can say no.
No — as long as we can reach your panels, you don't need to be there. Just tell us about any gate codes or pets.
Yes. Every cleaning includes before & after photos so you can see the difference for yourself.
We limit these specials to 15 per week (shared with our window special) so every visit gets real attention. If a spot is showing available above, it's really open — and once they're gone, we stop taking them.
